Ben-Lou & Ilse : Married

Ben and Ilse were married at a beautiful setting in the central Drakensburg called Gracelands. It was a beautiful day despite the mountains not coming out from under the clouds. I love away weddings not only to I get to see some wonderful places but I get to spend a day or two there :D  it always feels like a mini holiday (even though I'm working).  You will remember Ben and Ilse from here I did a little engagement shoot for them while they were down in Durbs for some sun and fun with their fellow Ladysmith friends.

While we were out doing the creative photos we stopped in at one of the farms and I set up everyone to have the photos taken on the road leading into the farm and out of no where the owner came along on his tractor and happily let us use it for a few of the photos (I think he personally was coming to see the gorgeous couple and decided to come in his tractor to have its photo taken).  Ilse had arranged for everyone at the wedding to let of lanterns after all the formalities where done and I must say it was spectacular, to see all those lanterns floating off into the distance was gorgeous.  There were a few moments that we thought oh dear that ones going to land in the corn field and set the burg on fire but thankfully they all went off without a hitch :D

Ben and Ilse I know you have both embarked on a very new journey not only with your marriage but in many other aspects and I know that as long as you to love each other as much as you did on your wedding day, if not more, that you will conquer anything.
